Leveraging Technology To Build Brotherhood In The World
How We Are Putting Brotherhood in the Palm of Your Hand
In The Lord of the Rings, there’s a moment when Frodo, carrying a heavy ring, is about to give up. His friend Samwise Gamgee steps in and says, "I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you."
This shows what real brotherhood is about. Just as Sam couldn't carry Frodo’s burden, we can't always take away each other's problems. But we can support each other in many ways.
Due to the importance of brotherhood, I've added the ability for Journeymen to make posts in the Guild (our app). The Guild now has a feature that allows us to seek prayer, give encouragement, and share what we've learned.
"The Congregate" is what I'm calling this new feature, and it’s a place for inspiration and help. Each post from our brothers shows their faith journey, struggles, and victories. Whether you need prayer or want to share spiritual encouragement, this is for you.
Here are a few things we created The Congregate for:
Emotional Support: Share stories that touch your heart and relate to your experiences.
Spiritual Encouragement: Lift each other up with shared Bible verses, prayers, and thoughts.
Mental Strengthening: Swap practical advice and wisdom to tackle life’s challenges.
By becoming a Journeyman, you become part of a group of Christian men striving to be more Biblical husbands, fathers, and brothers in Christ.
This new feature is linked from every page in the app, ensuring that access to our worldwide brotherhood is always within reach.
I invite you to join this new app experience. Become a member by subscribing in the app or by becoming a paid Substack subscriber.
It's time Christian men walk the path of faith together, lifting each other up, as Christ calls us to do. Start posting to "The Congregate" and be part of a brotherhood of like-minded men today.
